Dr. Asiimwe is the driving force behind North Willow Gate's reputation for rigour and genuine transformation. With a PhD in Organisational Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and 20 years of practice across Uganda, Kenya, and the UK, she brings an exceptional combination of academic depth and practical wisdom.
Before founding North Willow Gate, she served as Head of Leadership Development at Stanbic Uganda and as a consultant to the World Bank's East Africa Human Development portfolio. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the ICF and a sought-after keynote speaker on leadership, gender equity in East African boardrooms, and organisational culture.
Margaret believes deeply that Uganda's greatest untapped resource is the quality of its leadership — and that her life's work is to help unleash it.

Samuel is a gifted strategist and leadership coach whose background spans management consulting, entrepreneurship, and executive education. An MBA graduate of INSEAD and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), he is particularly known for his work with mid-career executives navigating major leadership transitions.
Prior to founding North Willow Gate, Samuel spent eight years at McKinsey & Company's Nairobi office, leading engagements in financial services, telecommunications, and public sector reform across East Africa. He subsequently served as Managing Director of a Kampala-based private equity firm before turning his full attention to leadership development.
Samuel's coaching style is challenging, direct, and deeply supportive — drawing on both rigorous frameworks and genuine care for the human being in the room.
